Overview
What it is, and what it survives
A welded vessel is a stack of decisions: which process for which position, how the seam is inspected, what the file proves. Baoxiang selects TIG argon-arc or laser welding per structure and position, uses an in-house developed automatic welder where duty repeats, inspects weld appearance, formation and surface quality, and records the results in the order file.
The product family built on this backbone includes environmental filter vessels (media filtration, solid-liquid separation and filter-unit integration — filter plates, filter pipes and internal spacing designed per process), mixing vessels (agitated, jacketed, heated, cooled, closed and custom geometries), and the drainage piping made for a Japanese water-treatment plant where the customer's own QC team performed 100% penetrant testing on several hundred pipes before shipment — all passed.
