What it is, and what it survives
Custom work is the factory's daily diet, not a side service: Baoxiang has developed more than 100 distinct tank geometries and container structures, and its engineers turn requirements into manufacturable, inspectable designs.
Customization covers external shape, capacity, bottom structure, support frames, valve connections, accessory mounts and surface treatment — plus brand customization: nameplates, logos, labels, serial numbers and traceability. Design intent is fixed on 2D CAD (and 3D models for complex assemblies), reviewed jointly, revised against your comments, and only then released to production and inspection.
A representative program: outdoor SS316L vinegar fermentation tanks of 12,000–19,000 L for a Japanese vinegar manufacturer, built from customer-designated imported stainless plate. Another: a 20–1,000 L laboratory process tank series for a New Zealand customer, each unit individually specified through multiple drawing revision rounds.

Yes — complex structures are routinely reviewed in 3D for spatial layout, component relationships and equipment interfaces; we return manufacturability comments before release.
What if our drawing has a manufacturability problem?
Our engineers flag it in the technical review with a proposed alternative. Nothing that fails review becomes a production drawing.
