Material discipline
Every sheet enters the plant twice-checked
- SS304, SS316L and confirmed machinable materials; imported plate where a customer specifies it
- Wetted parts and external structure graded separately to balance corrosion duty and cost
- All tanks built from double-sided film-protected sheet — 2B cold-rolled or hot-rolled alike
- After welding: seams inspected and ground, slag-free and missed-weld-free, then acid pickling plus interior/exterior re-cleaning
- Surface duty by industry: pickled & passivated, brushed, coated, or 400# mirror polish for food and pharma
- Seal library matched to medium and temperature: EPDM, NBR, silicone, PTFE
Quality control
Four gates between PO and container
Transparent, full-process QC per product drawings, order specifications and the agreed inspection plan — the file is part of the delivery.
1. Raw material inspection
Grade and certificate check; plate, pipe, flange dimensions; valve and seal model verification; wetted vs external material confirmation — thickness gauge and spectrometer checks photographed.
2. In-process inspection
External dimensions and port positions; weld appearance, formation and visible defects; frame, support and forklift-slot assembly; flange, manhole and valve installation; conformity with approved drawings.
3. Final inspection & report
Dimensional check; weld inspection per applicable requirements; water and air tightness test; pressure test at design pressure; PT or other NDT per project; surface, valve and connection checks; shipment check of appearance, accessories, marking, packaging and documents.
4. Customer approval before release
Complete QC document set plus finished-product and inspection photos/videos go to you. Shipment is arranged only after your approval.
